WRG Property Investments, a subsidiary of The Washington Ren Group, LLC, is a real estate property investment firm that specializes in acquiring and enhancing single and multi-family homes in the Unites States. We have a highly dedicated, customer-focused team with expertise in various facets of real estate acquisitions, redevelopment, creative financing, operations and asset management. Our headquarters is located in Laurel Maryland, and will soon be opening offices in Washington DC and Pittsburgh, Pa.
Our strategy is to target quality real estate with solid fundamentals, competitive income returns and strong potential for price growth. We seek assets that can be acquired at below market prices where we can enhance value through operational improvement and strategic repositioning. We will do deals of various sizes.
Since inception, we have formed strong private equity investment partnerships, investment joint ventures and closed-end real estate private equity funds.
